Drivers Seat Lead Data Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 28, 2026
Who we are and what this policy covers
Drivers Seat and Drivers Seat GO are operated by Remote Operation Professionals, Inc. (ROP), referred to in this policy as “we,” “us” and “our.” This policy covers information submitted for inquiries, GO Scan Discovery requests and AI visibility assessments through our forms and related follow-up conversations. It is a lead and inquiry privacy policy, not a description of every activity on our website or every service we may provide.
Information we collect
The information we receive depends on the form you complete and what you choose to share. It may include:
Your name, business role, company, website and contact details, such as work email or phone number.
Your industry or market, priority services, ideal buyers and competitors.
Your AI visibility questions, platforms of interest, and what you want AI systems to understand or recommend about your business.
Your timing, investment readiness and the availability of evidence supporting your business claims.
Your messages to us and any contact preferences you provide.
Please do not include passwords, payment-card information, government identification, sensitive personal information or other people’s personal information in free-text answers.
Why we collect it
We use your information to understand your request, assess your business needs and whether a GO Scan or related service may be suitable, and contact you about that request. Follow-up may include arranging a discovery call, discussing an assessment or preparing a scoped proposal.
Our follow-up is limited to your request. Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for a newsletter or unrelated promotional messages.
Who receives it and where it is stored
Lead information is received by Joshua Massop and stored on our secure company servers. This does not mean that the platform you use to submit a form stores or processes information only on our servers.
If you submit a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta also handles information through its platform. Meta’s handling is described in the Meta Privacy Policy.
We may disclose information if required by applicable law. Questions about how your information is handled can be sent to Joshua Massop at josh.massop@ropinc.ca.
How long we keep it
We retain unsuccessful inquiry records for 12 months for follow-up about the request, subject to any applicable legal retention requirements. You can ask us to stop follow-up before that period ends. The 12-month period applies to unsuccessful inquiries, not records created for a separate client engagement.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may choose not to provide optional information. Without sufficient contact details or information about your request, we may be unable to respond or prepare an assessment.
To stop follow-up, withdraw consent, request access to or correction of your personal information, request deletion, or raise a privacy concern, contact:
Joshua Massop
Remote Operation Professionals, Inc.
josh.massop@ropinc.ca
Requests are subject to applicable law, including any limits on access or deletion and any legal or contractual restrictions on withdrawing consent. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Withdrawal may affect our ability to complete your request. You may also contact the privacy regulator with jurisdiction over your concern.
Protection and updates
We store lead information on secure company servers, but no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
If our information practices change, we will update this policy and provide any additional notice or seek consent required by applicable law. The effective date above identifies this version.
